Online Reputation Management
Someone searched for you on Google today. Perhaps a client, perhaps an investor, perhaps someone about to decide whether to enter into a deal with you. What they saw in the first ten seconds is your reputation, regardless of what you know about yourself.
We address what appears about you on Google, on social networks, and in answers from artificial intelligence engines. No promises of complete deletion, no invented success rates, and no timelines that sound good on a sales call and fall apart after two months.
Request search mappingIn an active crisis? Fast trackPositive reputation management: build your image before the next business move
You do not need a crisis to have something to improve
Online reputation management does not begin and end with negative search results. It also includes creating and strengthening a public image ahead of an IPO, an exit, bringing in new partners or a major marketing initiative. The aim is to connect what a company can do with what an outsider can understand from the information available online.
A company can be excellent and still lack context. Its website describes an old product, the founder profile is outdated, relevant coverage is buried in search, and genuine achievements remain inside presentations and meetings. There may be no negative publication to remove. There is a gap between business reality and the public picture, and that gap is where the work takes place.
Building a positive reputation does not mean inventing a flattering story. It means choosing what matters, verifying facts, organizing sources and creating a presence that lets people understand the company without being in a room with its founders. Accurate, accessible and consistent information can support a business conversation rather than requiring you to start from scratch every time.
What the other party needs to understand
Before producing content, define the decision the public presence is intended to support. An investor needs to understand the business and its logic. A partner needs to understand the fit. A customer needs to understand what is addressed and why to choose you. These are different questions, so the content should not be identical.
Brand and positioning strategy gives this work direction: the differentiation, what can be substantiated, which messages should lead and which claims should not be made at all. Reputation management turns that direction into public assets people can read, find and check.
Image building ahead of an IPO or exit: information people can check, not just an impression
Ahead of an IPO
Ahead of an IPO, reputation work focuses on clarity and alignment across public sources. What the company does, who leads it, how it developed and which facts may be published. The company website, leadership pages, media coverage and professional profiles should describe the same company, not several versions written in different years.
Not every detail in an investor presentation belongs on a website or in an article. Public content ahead of an IPO should pass the relevant company approval process, including legal counsel where needed. Image building does not replace a prospectus, official disclosure or due diligence, and does not guarantee demand, valuation or IPO success.
The starting point is therefore mapping material approved for publication. Facts, future objectives and company positions are distinguished and worded accordingly. Rather than piling on superlatives, the aim is an understandable picture: business activity, management background, documented milestones and commercial context that can be explained without disclosing confidential information.
Ahead of an exit or company sale
Ahead of an exit, the public image should help people understand what has been built and what distinguishes the company. There is no need to announce a transaction that is not public or reveal negotiations. Work can focus on the existing presence: an accurate business description, management expertise, achievements cleared for publication and a clear explanation of the company's place in its market.
A party evaluating a company may encounter public information alongside material provided directly. This work is not intended to conceal risks or replace documents. It is intended to prevent outdated, conflicting or sparse public information from obscuring genuine value already present in the business.
New partners and major marketing initiatives: an image that prepares the ground
Before bringing in new partners
A partnership does not start only with a proposal. It also starts with the picture of the company and the people behind it. Before bringing in new partners, positive reputation management clarifies expertise, business direction, relevant experience and the value the company can contribute to a collaboration.
Content should fit the kind of partner: a business partner, distributor, professional organization or strategic partner. Partner names are not published without permission, discussions are not presented as agreements, and testimonials are not invented. Activity pages, professional profiles and content explaining the desired fit can be built from information approved for publication.
Strategic collaboration sourcing concerns connecting with the right parties. Reputation work supports it through the picture those parties encounter when they check you. Direct outreach and public presence should reinforce each other without turning the website into a promise that cannot be substantiated.
Before a launch or major marketing initiative
A major campaign brings people to your name, not just your advertisement. Check in advance what people will encounter when they search for the company, product or founder after seeing the campaign. Is the offer clear, is information current, and are there answers to the questions raised by the marketing message?
Strategic public relations, the website, social media and explanatory content should work from a shared message. The same sentence need not appear everywhere. The same facts and direction should hold, so moving between channels expands understanding rather than creating contradictions.
Most of what is sold in this field does not exist
Search for "removing negative results from Google" and you will find an entire market promising deletion. Deletion in 90 days, 99 percent success, reviews that disappear with a single click. In practice, most of what is sold there is not deletion. It is suppression.
The difference is not semantic, it is fundamental. With suppression, the negative result still exists, remains in Google's index, and remains accessible to anyone who searches with slightly different wording or goes to the second page. It is simply no longer first. That is worth a great deal, and it is not what was promised.
Genuine deletion happens only when content is removed from the source where it was published, or when Google removes it from its index under a defined policy or an order. Google does not host your content, it points to it. That is why the right treatment almost always begins with the source, not the search engine.
We begin here because every conversation that starts with a false promise ends badly, and usually after payment has already been made.
What can actually be done
Every negative result has one or more treatment routes. The difference between the routes is the likelihood of success, the time involved, and the cost. This is the full picture, including what is uncomfortable to say.
| Route | What actually happens | When it works | Likelihood |
|---|---|---|---|
| Removal at source | The content is taken down from the website that published it, and therefore also disappears from Google | When there is a genuine basis, when the publisher cooperates, or when the publication is incorrect | Low to moderate, depends entirely on the publisher's identity |
| Legal removal | A reasoned request to Google or a court order requiring removal | Proven defamation, invasion of privacy, sensitive personal information, rights violations | Moderate, requires legal support and takes time |
| Google's policy route | Removal under Google's own fixed rules | Sensitive personal information, content from websites that charge for removal, content already taken down at source | Moderate to high only in defined categories |
| Suppression and building | Creating and promoting stronger assets that take the result's place | Almost always. This is the route that works on results that cannot be removed | High provided the work continues for long enough |
In most cases we receive, the answer is a combination. Some results can be removed, most cannot, and most are addressed through suppression and building. We tell you in advance which result belongs to which route, rather than selling all of them with the same promise.
Google is no longer the only place where people check you
Today people do not just search, they ask. They type your name into ChatGPT or Perplexity and receive a summary paragraph instead of ten results. That paragraph does not show them sources they can weigh. It serves them a conclusion.
In this layer, there is no removal button. You cannot approach OpenAI and ask it to delete a sentence. Language models generate what they generate from two things: what was in their training data, and what they retrieve in real time from sources they consider reliable. So the treatment is not in the output, it is in the input.
There is also a new kind of damage that did not exist before. A model can assemble a fact that does not exist, confuse you with another person who has a similar name, or take an old detail and present it as the current situation. This is called a hallucination, it happens often, and it sounds just as authoritative as a correct fact.
The work in this layer is on sources: accurate, structured documentation in places models rely on, clarity between different entities bearing your name, and a presence that produces one clear version rather than a collection of fragments the model completes on its own.
What we do
Search mapping
A full scan of what appears about you: Google results for all variations of your name, images, social networks, forums, case-law websites, reviews, and what artificial intelligence engines say when asked about you. This is always the first step, and it is also the first product you receive.
Handling negative results
Classifying every result into the correct route, approaching sources, preparing reasoned removal requests, working through Google's official channels, and support alongside legal counsel when the route requires it.
Building the visibility layer
A suppressed result needs something to take its place. We build real assets: a professional presence, supported content, orderly profiles, and coverage generated through public relations work rather than a release we sent to ourselves. This is the part that takes the most time, and it is also the only one that lasts over time.
Presence in artificial intelligence engines
Working on the sources language models draw from, correcting identity confusion, and building structured documentation that produces an accurate, consistent description of you in every engine. This includes checking again what the engines say after the work.
Ongoing monitoring and protection
Monitoring new mentions, alerting you to content that is beginning to gain momentum, and addressing it while there is still time to stop something before it becomes an article.
How to build a positive reputation layer across Google and AI engines
Start with genuine material
Image building starts by gathering material the company can stand behind: its business description, management background, milestones, existing coverage, professional publications and product information. Check what is current, what can be made public and what requires approval. Private material stays private, and a missing fact is not an invitation to invent one.
This material becomes standalone messages and explanations. Every paragraph should clarify who the subject is, what it does and which facts support the description. This helps both a first-time visitor and a system trying to understand the company from several sources.
The website, the people and external sources
The company website can provide a complete, approved explanation: activity and service pages, an about page, leadership profiles and professional content. The personal brand of founders or leadership should present relevant experience and expertise without turning every personal achievement into a claim about company performance.
Independent coverage adds an external perspective, but company-issued material must not be presented as independently written. An encyclopedic presence may be relevant only where encyclopedic notability and suitable sources exist, and always under Wikipedia rules. An article is not an advertising product, is not suitable for every company and does not promise a positive image.
AI-engine presence is developed through clear sources, consistent naming and structured factual documentation. There is no complete control over the answers engines produce and no promise of a particular description. Work focuses on improving sources, not guaranteeing citations or rankings.
What proactive image building involves
Mapping, prioritization and building
In the proactive track, search mapping examines not only negative material but also what is missing, outdated or difficult to find. The business move and target audiences are then defined, followed by decisions about the assets and content needed to close the gap between activity and public presence.
Priorities follow the actual situation. Sometimes the company and leadership description needs updating first. Sometimes content explaining a complex product is missing. Sometimes good sources exist but are disconnected from the main public presence. The starting point is not the number of articles or posts, but what the next person needs to know and where they can find it.
Deliverables can include a message map, recommendations for updating existing assets, professional content based on approved material and an integrated work plan for branding, public relations and digital presence. Scope is determined after mapping. Not every company needs every channel, and not every move calls for the same investment.
Even when there are no negative results
If you are preparing for an IPO, an exit, new partners or a major marketing initiative, mapping can begin even when search results look clean. In the inquiry field, describe the planned move, what is already public and which aspects of your image you want to strengthen. You do not need to disclose a confidential transaction to explain that business preparation is underway.
Building a positive reputation does not guarantee a deal, investment or an advantage in search results. It creates a more accurate public foundation for the conversation the business wants to have. Handling negative content remains part of the service when needed, but it is neither the only reason to approach us nor the sole purpose of the work.
If you are reading this while something is burning
In an active crisis, the order of actions is different, and the most costly mistakes are made in the first day.
Three things almost always make the situation worse: an angry public response, an attempt to make content disappear in a way that creates a bigger new story, and prolonged silence that leaves others to fill the void.
Our protocol operates across three horizons. In the first day, we stabilize: map the real scope, stop the spread, and produce the first statement that is both correct and will not feed the story. In the first weeks, we manage: focused corrections, work with stakeholders, and monitoring changes in the conversation. In the months that follow, we rebuild what appears in search.
If you are in the middle of a crisis, do not wait for us to get back to you in order. Mark it on the form.
What we do not do
We will not write fake reviews or create fictitious profiles. It is illegal in some contexts, it gets discovered, and when it does, the damage is several times greater than the original problem.
We will not help make accurate, documented information of genuine public interest disappear. There is a difference between incorrect reporting, harmful reporting, and uncomfortable reporting, and we work on the first two.
We will not promise deletion, we will not promise success rates, and we will not promise a timeline. Nobody in this field can, because the final decision is not in the hands of the person selling you the service. It is in the hands of the publisher, Google, and the court.
And we will not use your information for anything. This work involves sensitive material by definition. We do not publish client names, display logos, or share identifiable cases, even when doing so would benefit our marketing.
How to recognize a provider selling empty promises
This field is full of people selling someone under pressure a promise they want to hear. Five signs that should make you stop, even if you do not work with us:
Someone promises you a numerical success rate. No such figure exists, it is not measured and cannot be verified.
Someone promises a short, definitive timeline. Suppressing a strong result takes months of work, and its duration depends on the strength of the website that published it.
Someone says "deletion" when they mean suppression. Ask them to define explicitly what will happen to the result itself.
Someone offers to delete negative reviews as a general rule. Google removes a review only if it violates its policies. Everyone else addresses reviews through the volume and quality of genuine reviews.
Someone does not ask you what actually happened. A provider who does not investigate the background plans to act blindly, and in this field blind action creates new crises.
When it makes sense to talk to us
It makes sense if
You are a company or organization approaching a significant moment: fundraising, a deal, a merger, entering a market, or a regulatory proceeding, and what appears in search may affect the outcome. You are a public figure or senior executive whose name is a professional asset. You are dealing with an ongoing negative campaign rather than a single result. Or you are actually in good shape and want to build a protective layer before something happens, which is the best time to do it.
It does not make sense if
You are looking to delete a valid judgment or substantiated journalistic publication simply because it is uncomfortable. You need help with reviews for a small local business, which is different and less expensive work than what we do. Or you want a result within two weeks.
Reputation management is not cleaning, it is architecture
Most of the market sells extraction. Something bad happens, a team arrives, cleans up, and leaves. That is a legitimate and limited service, because it always starts from the worst possible point and under the tightest timeline.
We approach it the other way around. The question is not how to take down one result, but who holds your definition. Someone with a strong, substantiated layer of presence takes a hit and stays standing. For someone without it, one negative result becomes everything that exists about them.
That is why this service does not stand alone here. It rests on the same infrastructure from which strategic public relations, encyclopedic presence, and crisis management are built. Whoever controls the narrative does not need to delete it afterward.
Questions we are asked
Can a negative result really be deleted from Google?
Sometimes. Genuine deletion happens when content is taken down from the website that published it, or when Google removes it under a policy or an order. In most cases, neither condition is met, and the practical treatment is suppressing the result in search results and building a stronger presence in its place.
What is the difference between removal and suppression?
With removal, the result ceases to exist in Google's index. With suppression, it continues to exist but loses its place on the first page. Most providers in the market use the word removal when they mean suppression.
How much does online reputation management cost?
The price depends on the number of results that need to be addressed, the strength of the websites that published them, how long the publication has existed, and whether a legal route is required. A case involving one result from a weak website and a case involving an ongoing negative campaign in major media are two completely different jobs. We price after mapping, not before it.
How long does it take?
Mapping takes days. Addressing a single result from a weak website can take weeks. Suppressing a publication from a major news website takes months of work and sometimes longer. Anyone who gives a definitive number before seeing what is actually happening is guessing.
Can a court judgment be deleted from Google?
Sometimes yes, sometimes no. There are three possible routes: approaching the legal website that published it, approaching Google on a defined ground, or obtaining a court order. Case-law websites tend to refuse on the grounds that the information is public, so this route usually requires legal support. In parallel, suppression work is almost always carried out as well.
Does the right to be forgotten exist in Israel?
Not as an established legal right. The Supreme Court has not adopted the European arrangement, and Israel is not subject to the GDPR. In practice, alternative routes exist through the Prohibition of Defamation Law and the Privacy Protection Law, and Google applies some of the principles to requests from Israel in certain cases.
Can a negative Google review be removed?
Only if it violates Google's review policies, such as a fake, irrelevant, or abusive review. A genuine negative review from a genuine customer will not be removed. The way to address it is through a volume of other genuine reviews and an appropriate public response.
What do you do when a negative article is being published right now?
Do not respond publicly out of anger, do not try to make the publication disappear in a way that creates a new story, and do not remain silent for a long time. In the first day, map the real scope and formulate one precise response. Fast, unconsidered action is the most common reason a small event becomes a large one.
Is reputation management legal?
Yes, when carried out through genuine content creation, requests through Google's official channels, and legitimate legal proceedings. It becomes problematic when it involves fake reviews, impersonation, or deception. We work only through the first route.
What does artificial intelligence say about me, and how do you change it?
Language models describe you based on sources they learned from or retrieve in real time. There is no way to edit the answer directly. Change is made through the sources: accurate, structured documentation, resolving identity confusion, and an authoritative presence that provides the model with one clear version.
Why does AI write things about me that are simply untrue?
Three common reasons: hallucination, meaning the statistical completion of a detail that did not exist in the source. Confusion between people or companies with similar names. Or reliance on old information that no longer describes the situation. In each case, the treatment is in the sources, not in the answer.
Do you work discreetly?
Yes, and it is part of the service, not an extra. We do not publish client names, display logos, or tell case stories through which the client can be identified.
Do you guarantee a result?
No. We commit to full, accurate mapping, classifying every result into its realistic route, documented and reported work, and a clear statement when something cannot be done. A commitment to a final result in this field is a commitment concerning decisions made by third parties.
Can we work with you in advance, before there is a problem?
This is the most effective work that can be done here, and also the least expensive. Building a strong layer of presence while everything is in good shape determines how much damage a negative result will cause on the day it appears.
Start by seeing what is there
Before deciding what to do, you need to know exactly what appears. Not a feeling, not what someone told you, but a full mapping of what a person sees when searching for you on Google today and asking an artificial intelligence engine about you.
Send us the name, the context, and what you already know. We will return with a picture of the situation and an honest assessment of what can be changed and what cannot.
